"Publish this file to the web" in Windows?

Hi!

I got a new computer from my company yesterday. Now I cant remeber how I got the "publish this file to the web" funktion i Windows to work with my Gallery. I have searched but I cant find how to configure this again.
I think this was a very good way to publish my images so please help.

There's a link to download the .reg file that enters the correct information into the registry under the "other" tab for adding photos.
