"upload this picture" button on another webpage

In one nested album I allow anonumus uploading. I would like to create a button that uploads a picture from my webcam to that album. In other words it would look like this:
my webcam page:
www.webcamhost/~me/index.html
would have a button below the java display of my webcam that when pushed would send an upload request to my gallery. Something like:
upload {www.webcamhost/~me/image.jpg} to {www.mygalleryhost/gallery/save_photos.php?album=webcam}
Any ideas on how to make this work?

I hate when people bring posts back from the dead like this. But I'm looking for the exact same thing.

http://www.webseth.com has it on his webcam. Anyone know where the code to do it is?
