Suggestion: User terms and conditions

If you use Gallery as a way for others to post pictures on your site, it would be good to have some sort of terms and conditions regarding what people may submit and how those images may be used once posted.

For my site I'm simply planning on adding a link in the "Add a Photo" window to the terms for my site, but thought it would be nice to have had that option already there.
