Random Block only shows URL

I don't know what I'm doing wrong...I can get this block working fine via the URL:
http://www.noccruisers.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=gallery&file=index&include=block-random.php

But I can't get it in a block. I followed the directions and made an HTML block with the URL, and it only shows the URL, or if I use PHP Inclide statements, it does nothing at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

Seems to load fine for me from here. Did you get it fixed?

Thanks Beck, I used a different block...now I'm trying to get the top 25 to load. Not sure if that was me on that occaision, but We do frequent the crest... :) BTW, I'm RoadKill on the site ;)
