Adding a new language..

Hi there
I'd like to know how I can add new languages..
I want to add Turkish into the v2 version.
I saw there there is a lang pack for v1. would that work on 2? (i haven't tried it, i don't want to mess up everything..)

invision power boards have a nice feature, enabling the admins to directly write the translations and save it as a new language. i've been looking at the admin page but so far i haven't been able to find such a thing.

can I edit the *.po files in matrix layout and just create a new folder and upload? would that work??

so again how can I add my own language?

XtremeMaC, use WinCVS or something to get the latest G2 code. I've just added Turkish to the list of locales that G2 will provide, so you can start translating. Use the docs/LOCALIZATION document to guide you, as mindless pointed out. If you have questions about it, contact us here or on IRC. Tim_j is our language-master who will be able to answer all your translatory questions. :)
