Can the manual be downloaded to read off line?

I am finding the gallery.menalto.com site really slow.

I have all but given up trying to read the manual on line. This has stopped me from getting the program set up on my own server.

Is it possible to get the manual in a single big file or as a zip file or something so I can read it off line.

I'm attaching a tar.gz version of the docs here, for you. Sorry about the server speed -- I'm working on improving it.
