Installing Gallery for Clients - Charge

Hi everyone, Is it legal to charge for installing Gallery on a client's web site? I would guess it is as the GNU license says "You may charge a fee for the physical act of transferring a copy" I'm a web designer, and I'm looking into installing Gallery for some of my clients. Does anyone else out there do this? I'm wondering what the fair price for an installation should be. Probably a flat rate of some kind. Any ideas? It's hard to figure out as some clients will use it to post thousands of pictures, while others might only post a few pictures. I would be interested in hearing others' thoughts on this topic.
