since there is a <?php ?> tag in it, i don't think, taht the .html file will help you ^^
just edit your current template in your mambo-backend ... it will open the index.php file.....
put it on top of the file, global $_REQUEST will not be required, since its no function ..... perhaps if you are in save mode or something like that... don't know about those things.....
