Allow commenting for admin only.

My request is to allow commenting for the admin only. If one turns off the commenting feature, it disables it entirely. It would be nice to still allow the admin of the site to make comments and him only.

I had to turn off commenting on my site, which I'm very unhappy about.

What would be even better would be to have some sort of filtering system in place for bad language. (like a forum for word censoring)

I had to many users posting fowl language to others pictures and thus had to turn off the comments, so in the process lost hundreds of useful and good comments. I just couldn't keep up checking every hour to delete the "bad comments"

Thanks for reading and hopefully this can make it to the top some day.
It would be my #1 request hands down, I love the commenting option but simply can't use it right now without a better filtering system of some kind?

I have used bad word filter to some degree. You have to make a list of words and the replacments but it does work.

and then there is the comments spam filter in 1.5 that should be out in a month or so. It uses a regex and a example of a complex filter is here.

I'll look into the word filter. That is my MAIN problem. Not so much spam commenting, but rude ignornant people using highly inappropriate language and doing so against site rules and on purpose.
