Random Album Highlight

I have an archive of webcam images. Sorted by year, subalbums for months, sub albums for pictures of days of that month.

And what I would like as a feature is some kind of random highlight feature. Something like the random block for Postnuke (which I like a lot). But then for choosing the highlight picture for an album insode of gallery.

This feature is already available in G2, but won't be making it into G1.. sorry.
