Problems adding pictures to GR

Unfortunately I'm not sure when this problem started, but it's been going on for several weeks, at least.

I can open GR, and log in without a problem. When I try to add pictures, either by the "add pictures" button or by dragging and dropping, nothing happens.

I'm using Gallery v 1.4.4 and GR v 1.4.1.

I'm experiencing this problem on two different machines, one running w2k and the other XPpro. The really weird thing is that there are two profiles on the XP machine, one works and one doesn't.

Most of my troubleshooting has been on the w2k machine, as it's my primary. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling GR, I've tried uninstalling GR as well as Java then reinstalling, nada.

I'm attaching a log from the w2k machine, although I'm not sure it's the right thing. The timestamp on the file is from November, so I'm not certain I'm getting the right file.
