Embedding and "Site administration"

I'd like to embed G2 into an existing Web site. To get nice URLs and to integrate it into WordPress' layout, I chose to use GalleryEmbed.
However, the admin interface does not look good at all, parts of the site is still my own design, css, but some parts are displayed with the matrix CSS. This makes the admin interface look ugly (as Matrix does not look good with my CSS parts) and the rest look ugly as well (as my site does not look good with some CSS elements overridden by Matrix).

How can I force the admin links (e.g. from the sidebar) to redirect to the non-embedded version of G2?

@wordpress:
I'm not sure, but I thought there was some wordpress integration work going on. Perhaps it's just G1, but still, h0bbel should know more about this.

@admin views integration:
The admin views indeed are worse integrated than the rest. I don't know if linking the admin views to the standalone version is the best solution.
