.htaccess not working

	My .htaccess file is not working for mod_rewrite anymore. I have verified modrewrite is installed anyidea why it would stop? I have gallery and the .htaccess file installed in the modules folder. I was working till I moved it there. Any ideas? Gallery 1.4.4pl4 phpbb 2.11

	fixed it by unistalling gallery and reinstalling it.

	That would fix it, re-running the config wizard would also update the mod_rewrite rules.
