Image Drop with Show Thumbnails Off

On Win2000 I have noticed that I cannot drag-and-drop images onto GR if I have "Show Thumbnails" turned off. When I try, nothing happens. Once I turn back on the thumbnails everything works fine. I can even turn them off as son as I drop the files, just not before.

Anyone else notice this?

I've now fixed this. The fix will show up in 1.0.1-b1, and in 1.0.1 shortly.
