Error Deleting photos & albums HElp!!!

Hi, and I'd like to thank all those who have contributed to making gallery2 possible. Ok, here's my problem, I uploaded a .jpg to my gallery to test it, found out it uploaded, and then wanted to delete it. What happened then is anyone's guess; now I can't seem to delete the pictre or the gallery its in Please help! I've included a pisture of what the error looks like below, if you need anymore info please ask me in this post thanks guys!
