Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere...

Is there a way of changing the way dates are formatted in Gallery2 ?

The default seems to be mm/dd/yyyy, which is fine for USA, but I'd like to be able to display dd/mm/yyyy on my (UK) site.

Thanks,

Neil.

Good idea... Seems it's configurable in G1 but not yet in G2, and I filed a RFE for it.

I would think picking English (UK) as your language would include date localization and switch the order, but it doesn't seem to do that now.

Actually, I discovered the localization does work, to some extent - although some of the plugins (e.g. Random Image) don't seem to take notice of it.

It would still be better if it were completely configurable - so that if I want to display "2nd January 2005" instead of "2/1/2005" or "1/2/2005", I can.
