Well this has probably been suggested before. But I don't think all at once. Gallery REALLY needs the ability to do the following in my opinion: 1. When a new photo is uploaded, the category sorts the photo by a predefined way. 2. A method for users to find new photos & comments uploaded since their last visit. 3. E-mail notification for new photos uploaded and comments posted. In my mind these things are key. How do you find a new photo or comment now with a large database of thousands of photos? It's kind of ridiculous. I have the mod for last 5 changes, which gives me the CATEGORY that was last "updated". That doesn't cut it. And the e-mail notification of comment is virtually useless as you then have to hunt through the entire database to find where the comment was placed since it doesn't tell you where the comment was placed or the filename.
