I just came up to 4images, which can retrieve the IPTC information from the photo files. It would be nice to be able to have that information in G2 too. Or even better to have the IPTC information inserted in table where you can search by keywords, places, etc.

G2 will separate out the EXIF and IPTC support into separate modules. We'll support those formats and any other embedded-data formats that come along :smile:
