Image limit problem

I've been playing with gallery 2 hoping to get it up and running with lots of small pictures and lots of users. The image resizing thing doesn't seem to be working though. I have it set at the top of the gallery and also under my album. It always just seems to upload the same size image. I'm not sure what is going on with it, just wondering if anyone had any ideas. I'm also running several gallery 1 installs on there and the images resize just fine. |

Please describe more precisely what settings you made where, what you expected, and what you saw. Browsing your album I see 640x480 resizes on your pics, so I don't know what isn't working.

Sorry, I am having problems with the fullsize images, the resize for the intermediate works fine. I want it resized down to either a smaller resolution or a smaller file size or both...I just don't want it taking up a meg a pop.

did you activate the sizelimit module? (as I asked before, describe in detail... what i said before)

yes, that is on. at the bottom of the "edit album" page for the whole gallery (so it will propagate down) i have the max dimensions set to 800x600 and the file size to 100k. yes there are resized images, but those are fine. also i did make sure the album has those setting in its "edit album" page.

it won't propagate down to albums you already created.. do edit album on the album you're actually uploading into and see what settings it has.
