[BUG] error when creating thumbnail

My gallery gives this error when trying to create a certain thumbnail. the resized image is viewble tho. try lib/tools/test/index.php FlushCache
if that doesn't work then threre's probably some corruption in the db.. let us know if you can reproduce from a clean install, and what are the steps.
