apply settings to all albums

I just did an import, and I'm in the process of customizing my gallery.

Is there a way to apply album settings such that they are saved to all albums? For example, I want to hide the owner info that's listed below each album for all albums... but I dont really want to do this individually for each album (there's a lot of albums!)

we don't yet have any bulk edit capability. you can change site-wide defaults for many things in site admin (site admin / layouts and themes/ matrix tab to change show-owner default) so if all your albums are using a default setting for something it is easy to change them all at once.

Would it be possible to add an option to this tab (site admin / layouts and themes/ matrix tab) for Random Highlight?

It would be nice to be able to have Random Highlight active for all my new albums.

I'll second that request. I'm busy going through all my galleries, turning on Random Highlights. It would be great to have a way to turn it on by default.
