I've just started working on Gallery - just downloaded and got it working. In the forums people often refer to a templates folder eg templates/local/global.tpl
I don't seem to have this folder - has it disappeared in the latest Gallery? If so presumably I have to look at css files instead. I tried putting stuff to change the layout of my wrapper.header in both config.css (copied from the default) and embedded-style.css, but it seemed to have no effect. Is there some other place I need to look?

If you're using G2 read the instructions at the top of templates/global.tpl
If you're not using G2 then you posted in the wrong forum.

templates exists.
if you want to customize the templates, you have to create a subfolder
local in templates and copy all files you would like to modify to this templates/local/ directory.
see instructions in the templates/*.tpl files

But I haven't got a templates folder :-) There's no folder between skins and tools...
