Error installing latest snapshot

On step 7 I recive the following error: Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/me/public_html/gallery2/init.inc on line 59

any suggestions?

this bug was introduced a few hours ago. 4 hours ago it was fixed.
try the next nightly snapshot, it works on several testing machines.
perhaps it made it into the current nightly snapshot.
get the current nightly snapshot and paste the contents of bootstrap.inc in this forum. then i can tell you if it is already the fixed version.
