[SOLVED]Fresh Install, Can't Login as admin??????

I just did a fresh isntall of the newest version and as soon as I am done, i try to login as admin and it just refreshes to the main page. no incorrect login info nothing. i've tried resintalling like 10 times. What is this??

Duh, i cleared my cookies and its fine
