Hi,
I unzip Menalto then I transfer the gallery folder on to my server under the folder "/" root directory. I went to install using the link below and got a blank page. I then re-transfer a few files. Now the page return an error code (see error code way below.) I'd emailed my administrator but haven't got a reply.
I am concerned that an Apache 2.2.4 is not even turned on at the server. What are some ways I could try to get the configuration wizard to come up?

Looks like you are missing some files, re-transfer and make sure all files gets transferred correctly.

Thank you. That did the trick!:D
I re-transfer (FTP) the files (5MB) and ran the setup again and the wizard came up.
