translate confused.

I want translate to simplified chinese, I read /doc/LOCALIZING build
zh_CN.po into /modules/core/po then translate section text.

I choose simplified chinese at my website but GUI still is english.why?

Did you rebuild the translations when you were done?

I committed a partial zh_CN translation this evening, but it looks like it's using the wrong character encoding so it came out partially trashed. I asked the translator to verify that he is using UTF8 and we'll fix it.
