upload failed and can not disable imagemagick

upload failed with below. and when i try to disable imagemagick, it is just always activated with the message sth like "you have successfully deactivated imagemagick."

Ok, sounds like two different problems. Can you enable buffered debug mode (edit your config.php, read the instructions) and then try the upload again and post your debug info here for us to see? Thanks.
