If it doesn't find it perhaps it doesn't exist.
If you are sure they do exist, then perhaps you know the path, and can enter it in the text field to let it know where it is.

Do I need a absolute or relative Path?

I don't doubt that a folder exists, but the question is three fold:
1) is it the correct path to the folder (absolute)
2) does the folder contain the toolkit (netpbm/IM)
3) does the webserver user have permission to view/execute the toolkit?

There is no /IM folder!
Which Version do you use?
Could you send me a link?
I used the one from the gallery homepage!

Ok let me rephrase, IM is an acronym for ImageMagick.
I wasn't specifying a directory (netpbm/IM), i was referring to the two toolkits.
Obviously G2 doesnt like the directory. Please make sure it is a correct absolute path, try adding a slash after the netpbm folder name, and for now try making the directory and everything in it 777 until you can get G2 to find it.
Also, I am not sure if symlinks will mess with this process, so make sure you are using a TRUE absolute path on the server to your netpbm directory.
The copy of netpbm you have should be fine, but G2 will not find it automatically, because it is not in a typical place.
