Gallery 2 install and Mandrake 10.1

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to get Gallery 2 working on a Mandrale 10.1 linux system. I previously had it running fine on Red Hat 9.2 but suffered some problems with the network connection (i.e I couldn't!!)

Mandrake connects to the network as it should but when I install Gallery 2 I get to the third part of the install and having typed in a password twice and pressed the correct button nothing happens.

I am logged in as Root as the system won't let me play if I log in under any other name.

Any clues would be very useful.
