Standardize Values in Album Properties

Hi,
I want to standardize the values that are in the edit_appearance.php popup. This little popup is available to the administrator as "properties" for each album in the main albums screen.

Essentially, I want to minimize the admin tasks my wedding photographer client has to perform when he creates a new album. So, I want to have all the values preset so all albums that are created will have identical properties.

So, even better would be a way to set those values and then mask them out altogether to the end user. The values of my choosing that is.

I'm using version 1.4.4-pl6 with Jenado cart Mod 1.
