mambo gallery as submenu

i put gallery into mambo 1.5.2 and it all works fine.
I installed as a component.

just one thing, i have a menuitem called media.
i've put the gallery under the media menuitem as a submenuitem.

now when i click on the submenuitem gallery, it closes the submenu structure of media.

when i click another submenuitem, everything works fine.

what is different/wrong?
