Customized Gallery header and menu not in sync with website

So I was having some issues with FireFox and my code, in which PixelPoet was extradionary helpful in fixing my problem, but now a new one popped up.

If you compare the size of the header, footer, and menu buttons on the top located here www.bui4ever.com/pic compared to the rest of the website, www.bui4ever.com you'll notice that the one in the Galler are bigger.

I've checked through numerous times in the embedded_style.css in the white1 skin and found no duplicate codes that would cause the wierd sizes.

Previous before, it was working fine, but when I applied <tr> and <td> tags that I was missing in PixelPoet's customized Gallery hack, it caused the sizes of the header, menu, and footer to increase in size. I don't know if it's related or not.
