picture purchase help me

please help me- i purchased two pictures that have not shown up- they were purchased through a school website. i have a confirmation e-mail that has no confirmation # but gives a detailed bill. menalto says it is not printing for you any more. i sure hope that i haven't been billed, probubly have.

Which print service did you use? And can you explain what you mean by "menalto says its not printing for you anymore" ? Forward any emails you've received from the print service to

sorry its been acouple days- first, menalto, when i didnot get the pictures i emailed the web address on the confirmation email, a lady,sorry all my paperwork is on my desk and im away, from menalto emailed me saying they were not printing for gallery any more. i have that email i can get to you. it has her name on the email. i will try to send to you with the confirmation email. i am not very good with all this so if you don't get it today let me know and i will get my daughter to help me. and thank you.....

I talked to EZPrints.com about this. This problem is related to our earlier legal issues (in case you've been reading our website) where a Gallery owner uploaded copyrighted material and got sued, leading to a legal dispute involving everybody and their brother.

As a result, EZPrints and Gallery are no longer affiliated, but EZPrints didn't have the courtesy to actually *tell* us about this.

All of your interactions have actually been with EZPrints support, not "menalto" (which is just my personal domain name). So the question is this: Did you actually get billed for this? If you did, I'll help you get your money back. If not, please switch to a different print provider (Gallery provides 3 others that you can use) and make your prints that way. Sorry for the hassle...
