Geeklog Gallery user admin help

I have Gallery embeded in Geeklog 1.3.11 or what ever the latest version is. I was wondering how I add administrators to manage albums without making the person an admin to the general site. I don't see a Gallery Admin option in the list of groups in Geeklog to give access. All I can do is give permissions to users for each individual album, but not overall admin. Please help.
