Image not displaying at largest size

my heaqd is so wrecked with this thing. I have a simple problem to explain but probably very complex to fix, At this moment im looking for a quick fix.
So i upload a 5MB image as a jpg and i have my gallery set to display a 800X600
1024X1024

and then of course the original size image.
Thats where i get my problems the original image is showing the dimensions and you can scroll over the proposed size of the image in question but it will not load the image.

Please help>

of course it's g2 (version 2?!), but what g2 version is it?
beta 2, or a nightly snapshot/cvs, from when?

it's really hard to know what you mean by your description.
i assume it's on a private desktop pc and we cannot see the problem by browsing to your G2 because it's not public, right?

strange. When I try to access the image directly, it says "permission denied". but i double checked the permissions and reassigned them.
then, I could download the item with my shell browser "links".
but in IE, i still get the permissions denied error message.

bedeckAdmin, could you please upgrade to G2 beta 2. then remove / reassign the permissions for the item and report if it works?
