Shopping Carts - installation question

I am ready to try to install a shopping cart on my gallery - but I am scared......

Am I right in assuming that if I install the Jenado Cart mod/mod 2 that I will have to spend much time fixing bugs and digging through 22 pages of threads to find answers for them all? I've downloaded both of these, but I'm afraid to install them because there are 22 pages of problems....

Or, has some kind person fixed these bugs and incorporated all the fixes into a final version (US, not UK)?

I'm not a programmer, and I don't want to ruin my gallery trying to change code - because I would really screw something up. I need a cart that installs easily, uses Paypal, and allows me to offer different prices for different sizes of pictures.

Does anybody know of one that works smoothly and where I can get it? Please don't direct me to the Jenado thread, because I've been there already......
