How do users contact admin?

Just wondering how users might be able to contact the admin in case of a question or problem? Is there a module that exists that allows a user to ask a question of the site admin?

not now.. you can file a feature request for this on sourceforge.
register module emails admins, so the code is there.. just needs to be rearranged a bit and add a UI.
