Including block-random.php as a file

Just thought I would note this down here in case anyone else finds it useful.

I downloaded the version of block-random.php as found in the latest verion and changed it to suit my needs.

I prefer to have the random image code included into my web app rather then call it over http. I can control the environment more, and I find that some host providors prevent you from including using the usuall include("http://...");

It still copes with the original method of calling it, full comments and examples in the code.
