Hi,

I currently am uunable to login to my Gallery2 installation (http://gallery.robinbowes.com)

(I've just upgraded to the latest version from CVS, running Gallery on Fedora Core 2)

I suspect this is down to php settings relating to sessions that I've been playing around with for another website.

What php settings, specifically seesions, does Gallery2 require to work.

Thanks,

R.

- did you finish the installer successfully?
- did you delete your cookies in your browser and try again to login?

other than the installer we don't use php sessions.
you need to give more info on the problem.. "unable to login".. ok.

Ah, that got it.

I cleared all cookies from gallery.robinbowes.com and all is well again.

Sorry for the noise.

I used firefox to do the upgrade - it was with firefox I couldn't login, IE was still OK. Firefox was OK when I had deleted all cookies.

we're experimenting with cookie / login changes to fix the problems. beta 2 had the problem, the current nightly snapshots (since 2 weeks or so) has a fix, that resolves most of the problems.
