backup problem

I've installed Gallery and am in the process of going through the various tasks.

I want to backup using the backup script. So I placed a copy of /setup/backup_albums.php into Gallery's root directory. The problem is that no matter what I put in for the zip path, I get an error saying that the zip file does not exist or is not readable. Any ideas on this?
