MOV files, quicktime help

The MOV files i tried to upload, wasn't copied into server (?) I don't know why, but it happens.

i think i found the answer:

"Note: You can upload up to 8 megabytes at one time. No individual file may be larger than 2 megabytes. If you want to upload more than that, you must upload the files separately, use a different upload format, or ask your system administrator to allow larger uploads. "

MOV files are so bigger, and many of my photos too. How can i upload more than 2 mb (for photos) or more (mov files) to my server (my server = localhost)
