I'm just playing with g2b3 importing a few photos. All looks very good so far- but with one minor niggle. The ISO rating from photos from my Canon EOS 300D gets lost- it is just reported as uknown. It works fine for my older Sony DSC-P71.
I've tested jhead on the command line - 'jhead image.jpg' works fine for both types of image reporting 'ISO equiv.' correctly.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get the ISO correctly displayed?
Cheers,
Tony

There's already a bug filed for that:

The bug says it happens on every Canon camera in G1 and G2. I does happen in G2 with my 20D, but it does not happein in my G1 install with my 20D.
Also, on my wife's digital Elfph (Canon SD100) and a friends SD500 the ISO shows as "Auto". I would imagine that searching would reveal that the actual ISO is in another field in the EXIF properties in those cases as well.
Just adding that for clarification.

Take a look at the EXIF info. I don't know about other brands, but at least with the Canon brands I've seen if you have it set to auto and not a specific ISO mode, there's no way to find the ISO mode the camera decided to use, it just says "Auto". It's not in another field.
