As the subject states, I used the Gallery Mambo component. It seemed to install fine, and gave me the component in the Mambo component menu, etc. but when I try to config it, the save always fails. It gives a mysql error, and upon looking, the table it tries to update doesn't exist. Was this supposed to be created by the component during install, or was this a manual procedure left out of the how-to?

of course, as soon as I posted this, I go back and look at the tables, and lo and behold, there is mos_gallery sitting at the top of the list. The problem is, I used something other than the default "mos" for my prefixes, so the table my instance of Mambo was looking for was indeed not there. Might want to add to the how-to about checking for that. The fix is a simple mysql command: rename table mos_gallery to yourprefix_gallery;
