Side Menu & Header Question.

I am a newbie at gallery, can someone please help me out here..

Question 1:
How can I change the side menu's "Title" that uses <h3> tag to an image?
Such as...
"Galary" --> galary.gif
"Action" --> action.gif
"Your Cart" --> your_chart.gif
"Random Image" --> random_image.gif

Question 2:
How can I change the logo bar on the very top of the page?

ben-wan, i assume you talk about G2.
In site admin -> module, you can activate the icons module. Then configure the iconsmodule.
You can add your own set of icons if you want.
Do you want to completly replace the link text with icons or is icon + text ok?

yes, I am talking about G2.
valiant, can you tell me what you mean by "active the icons module" and "configure the iconsmodule"?

and I am assuming that you are telling me that I can put my set of icon in some kind of folder, if so, what folder should I put it into?

I want to change the menu into 2 parts..
part 1:
menu header "Action" I want the icon only
part 2:
menu items "add items" I want to have icon + text.

ben-wan, don't know what G2 version you're using. please get the current nightly snapshot from http://galleryupdates.jpmullan.com and upgrade your G2.

then you can activate the "Icons" module when you click on "site admin" then on "modules".
then you can configure the Icons module to use the "Paul Armstrong Designs" icon set.
You can create your own iconset by copying modules/icons/iconpacks/paularmstrongdesigns/ to modules/icons/iconpacks/youriconsetname/ and replacing the icons.

at the moment, you can't choose to show the icons only.

mindless, icons only instead of icons + text could be a fairly popular feature request, don't you think?

I am currently using gallery-2.0-beta-3
um.. can you tell me where I can change the code so that I can change the icon+text on the menu?

um... actually I want to create a layout to something like this...

um.. what kind of technique do you think I need in order to change the style to menu bar & sub menu…

no kidding, I think there's a huge demand on modify the text to a graphic style, like the one I would like to create.
