Edit side menu?

I would like to add an image beside the link under the side menu.

Question 1:
since it uses <li>, is it possible to change it to something this...

/*under gbAdminLink */
gbAdminLink {
list-style-image: url(/image.gif);
}

I couldn't seem to find gbAdminLink anywhere how can I make the change?

Question 2:
I want to have a different image beside each link of the side menu, where can I put this array of image url, and how can I call this array using the gbAdminLink properity?
