What would be kicking is to have the photo shoot date automatically update the date during the upload. It is hard to get the shoot date off each picture and edit it manually. Just a thought. |

You'll have to give a better explanation of what you mean by this.
Gallery (1 and 2) already support EXIF which allows the user to view the dates the photo was taken, along with other information.
