Errors when switching skin

I've just installed Gallery using the Fantasico script provided by my ISP (simplehost). It didnt get the chmod's quite right which I was able to fix. But I still am unable to do a simple skin change. I get these errors showing up in Gallery Configuration Wizard Step 4:

// Error: zipinfo: /usr/bin/zipinfo must be a valid file (not a directory)!
// Error: unzip: /usr/bin/unzip must be a valid file (not a directory)!
// Error: rar: /usr/bin/rar must be a valid file (not a directory)!
// Error: use_jpegtran: /usr/bin/jpegtran must be a valid file (not a directory)!

Any suggestions? Also, are there tips available for migrating from 4images?
