2 suggestions for g2

Just looked real quick to see if there have been any other postings about this. But what would be nice in the next installment would be a drop down where you can view the folders and images by either date or name. (folders would always come first like explorer on windoze etc). :roll:

The G2 Layout API will let you (or anybody) write a custom layout which can let you select how you want to view the data.

The Gallery philosophy is to allow the album owner to customize the user experience. We don't allow the user to change how things look. So, G2 won't come with such a layout by default (but that won't stop somebody else from writing one).
