G2 jumps out of mambo main body when no permission to view..

Hi Michiel, When I remove the permission from 'everybody' to even view an item in G2, then what I would expect is if someone who is not logged into mambo goes to the Gallery, they would receive either a mambo login prompt, or some message saying they are not authorized to view this content and have to first login or register. Instead what happens is, they are given the gallery login screen. This wouldn't be so bad, if not for the fact that the screen and G2 totally replaces the mambo window. In other words, the request to login to G2 doesn't appear in the mambo main body area like it should, it takes over the whole screen. The whole screen becomes like a standalone G2 asking the user to login. Looks like somehow this is not intercepted and not told to appear in the mambo main body. Using component 2.05 and July 7 nightly build of G2-b3+. Thanks. |

the login redirect must start with a /, e.g. /index.php.

Fixed and checked in relaise version 2.0.6
for now people should just make it /index.php or /anything they like
