I have embedded Gallery 2 into Mambo 4.5.2. Now I have a stylesheet-problem. The mambo stylesheet should be taken instead of the g2-stylesheet. How to do?
you have copied the g2 style sheet to your mambo one or what are you trying to do?
please explain a little further what you have done?

Sorry for the delay. I did not receive a notification by email because the email was recognised as "spam"...
Ok, I'm using Mambo 4.5.2 and I have a template with a black background. The background of gallery 2 is white. Gallery 2 should look the same way as the mambo template. How to solve this?

Make a template for gallery2 with a black background.
I can't help you with that at the moment but you can surely find info on this board how to make your own template for Gallery2.

Thx. Gallery is great, no question. But the handling of Mambo & Gallery at the moment is not very easy (at least for me...). It should be possible to config all gallery settings within the backend area of mambo. I'm waiting for the next Gallery realease, hopefully with a lot mambo backend features...

hurrlibutz,
There will be more back-end functions, but i haven't planned to make a config you where you can adjust all, the gallery settings. Probably this will never happen, maybe more settings can be set but only time will tell.

Michiel,
Oh, that's very sad... Manalto Gallery is such a wunderful gallery tool, the best one, no question, but Mambo is a great CMS system. It would be very, very, very great if this two tools could become one.

hurrlibutz, merging the G2 admin section into mambo is currently not possible.
What we could do is adding a site admin link in the mambo gallery2 component config page.

Hello valiant,
that would be wonderful. I love Mambo & Manalto Gallery. But at the moment the config possibilites in the back-end area of Mambo are too limited. All settings like styles, groups, users, layouts or templates should be set too... I know, that are a lot of wishes, but I think I'm not the only Mambo user with that kind of wishes.
